OXID eShop Developing extensions Start a project

OXID eShop is the trusted Open Source eCommerce system written in PHP. It is backed by a flexible range of support and licensing options, Software as a service (SaaS) offerings and additional Enterprise features.

Plenty of information is available that gets you started with developing your own OXID eShop extension.

Anyone can apply for project registration and start developing Open Source code for OXID eShop on this platform. The only criteria is that your work will be available under an Open Source license.

Google Base module project started. This module gives the shop admin the ability to export a list of products formatted for Google Product Search.

configure the due date for payment and add a cash discount on different payment methods to the checkout process and the order confirmation e-mail. The invoicePDF and the admin panel (order management) do not display any information.
New project: Enhanced XTC2OXID Module

"pt_xtc2oxid" greatly enhances the "xtc2oxid"-program for importing xtCommerce/osCommerce shop-databases into an OXID-shop.

Apart from fixing some bugs in the original version, pt_xtc2oxid also allows importing customers and orders.
New project started: Extended Template System

This project completely revamps the layout definition of the shop page, to allow easier positioning and createion of "boxes" in the navigation area.

The shop-structure is now defined in only one "_index.tpl"-file.
